BSG BIG BOOTER LOVIN' (Snowboard Big Air Competition) This Saturday, February 13, 2010 Vail, Colorado

The BSG BIG BOOTER LOVIN' is a big air competition open to everyone, both guys and girls of all ages. If you're looking to get your name out there...this is your chance at one of the most prestigious mountains in the world! It will be held in the Golden Peak Terrain Park at Vail Resort. This is a judged event, with three chances to get into the finals. There will be a 20, 25 then 30 ft booter, finishing up on a 13 ft quarter pipe, This competition will be webcast across the world and some major press will be on site all day.

Kazu Kokubo ripping at the Mighty Midwest Tour

We at SO-GNAR love Japan. Our crew is actually headed to Japan on Feb. 16th into early March. We are headed to the SBJ Tradeshow in YokoHama, Japan and then we will be cruising around shooting photos and filming for Think Thank & some SO-GNAR edits featured on GrindTV. One of homeboys destined for the olympics is Kazu Kokubo and he is down with SO-GNAR! He makes riding a halfpipe look like so much fun, maybe it's his buttery ass style or maybe it's cause he loves to snowboard! He is on the Japanese Olympic Team and he wish him the best in the Vancouver Games...

I am a Viking's fan. Yes, i am still having a hard time accepting that the Vike's lost yet another NFC Championship game by a field goal in Overtime...in a game we should have won. Man, that is now the second time in which that entire sentence rings true. The part I am struggling with the most is that ONCE AGAIN, the Viking's were the better team. In this case, the Viking's were a MUCH better team than the Saints. We ran up and down the field, putting up crazy numbers on a Saint's team that everyone thought was unstoppable for the majority of the season. That is, until the Vike's fumbled away the season, just one game prior to meeting up with Peyton Manning in Miami...

RECAP: Funk For Free: Del The Funky Homosapien: Jan 29th, 2010

This past weekend, SO-GNAR & Ink Monstr hosted DEL The Funky Homosapien and Bukue 1 during the Denver's first SIA tradeshow. The SIA show is a gathering of both the snowboarding and ski industry, at the Convention Center in downtown. The companies display all the upcoming 2010-2011 product for buyers to come get the first hand look at what the hotness might be. It is a super fun time for people to all get together, check out the new product and of course party!
