Oh, the power of a snowgun.  If you have ever hit a table top jump in a snowboard park, you  can pretty accredit the jump to the invention of a snowgun.  Most resorts are over 80 % machine-made snowgun snow.  It was one heck of a invention, considering it makes the impossible a possibly and it opens up many new doors for fun to be had on your snowboard.

 

My boy Angel Rodriguez and I got up close and personal with a snowgun last season and were able to blast through the jet stream of snow crystals.  It was kinda sketchy, I really can not lie about that one and I WOULD NOT recommend doing it. For a second or two of time, you are completely blinded by a layer of ice that forms on your goggle lens.  Tricky to land when you can't see the ground right?

 

Either way, we are stoked SNOWPLANET Magazine supported our creative vision of the cosmic glance out into the slopes of Echo Mountain.  Peep the the lights out in the distance of the shot, those are actually traces of light pollution. No actually they are alien galaxies...Just trying to get paid son! Get weird, peace...PAT
